If the funds are available and the account is valid, the order will be processed by stripe.com. Credit Cards are debited upon order placement for both available Products and Pre-Order items (which are shipped later in the season or when advised by ELILHAAM).

Conditions for Returns

• Products must be unused and returned with all designer tags intact.

• Returns must be sent to us within 15 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping Fees

• Within UAE: AED 80

Exchange Policy

• Customers can exchange the returned product for another item of equal value.
• Any price differences must be settled before processing the exchange.
• The same return shipping fees (as stated above) will apply.

Refund Policy

• Once the return is approved after quality checks, we will process the refund or issue store credit based on your preference.
