Return of the product – Terms, and Conditions:

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return within 15 days.


  • Submit your return request by sending an email to customercare@elilhaam.com stating the reasons.
  • Click here to raise a return request
  • Our team will issue a follow-up number so you can return the product that should reach us within 15 days from the receipt date.
  • Items should be returned unused, with designer tags still attached.
  • Wherever-provided all packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags should be included with your return.
  • No returns are accepted for the products purchased on Sale/ Promotions/ Discounts /Gift Coupons and products declared non-returnable.
  • Once the product is received it will be sent for a quality check.
  • If the product does not pass the quality check the refund amount will be decided by our quality team.
  • No return or refund for the following designers
    • Isabel Sanchis
    • Georges Hobeika
    • Tony Ward
  • There is No return or refund for Preorder and Reorder Items.
  • Return Shipment
    • Overseas:
      • The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Within UAE:
      • For local shipping a fee of 50 AED will be charged for return shipments.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card account. Shipping costs, customs paid, bank and other charges will not be refunded for items returned.
  • Customs duty, Shipping charges and any other charges incurred on returned shipments will be deducted from the amount at the time of refund.
  • Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and is not under our control.

 

Custom, Pre-Orders & Available by Order:

At Elilhaam we strive to provide you with the best service possible. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience, we want to make sure that you are aware of our policy on custom requests and Pre-Orders.

Please note that any custom request, pre-orders and Available by Order are a final sale and cannot be returned. This means that once your order has been processed and fulfilled, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

We understand that there may be unique circumstances that require a custom request, and we are happy to work with you to ensure that your needs are met. However, we kindly ask that you carefully consider your order before placing it, as we cannot accept returns on custom items, Pre-Orders and Available by Order.

Pre-order: This refers to ordering a product before it is officially released or becomes available for purchase to the general public. Customers place pre-orders to ensure they receive the product as soon as it becomes available.

Available by Order:  If a product is only available for purchase upon request and not readily stocked or displayed for immediate purchase, it is referred to as "available by order”. This implies that customers need to place an order for the product before it is obtained for them.

Cancellation Policy

  • Unfortunately, the order/transaction cancellation is not allowed until you receive the goods. But you can return the products and get refunds subjected to Returns and Refunds policy.
