Return of the product – Terms, and Conditions:
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return within 15 days.

- Products must be unused and returned with all designer tags intact.
- Include all original packaging, such as authenticity cards and dust bags, if provided.
- Returns must be sent to us within 15 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Products
- Items purchased during Sale/Promotions/Discounts/Gift Coupons or declared as non-returnable.
- Products from the following designers:

- Georges Hobeika
- Tony Ward
- Jean Louis Sabaji
- Georges Makaroun
- Preorder and Reorder items.

Return Quality Check ProcessUpon receiving the returned item, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards:

Condition of the Item
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear, alterations, washing, or damage.
- Items showing signs of stains, odors, or stretching will not be accepted.

Tags and Labels
- All original designer tags, care labels, and any attached brand identifiers must remain intact and undamaged.

Packaging
- Any accompanying packaging, such as authenticity cards, dust bags, hangers, or boxes, must be returned in the same condition as received.

Integrity of the Design
- Embellishments, beadwork, or embroidery should remain intact and unchanged.
- Seams, stitching, and fabric should be free of damage.

Pre-authorization Confirmation
- The return must match the details in the pre-authorized return request, including item name, size, and style.

If the returned item fails to meet the quality check standards, the refund or exchange request will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to the customer.

Return Shipping Fees
- International: AED 368
- Within UAE: AED 80
Exchange Policy- Customers can exchange the returned product for another item of equal value.
- Any price differences must be settled before processing the exchange.
- The same return shipping fees (as stated above) will apply.
Refund Policy- Once the return is approved after quality checks, we will process the refund or issue store credit based on your preference.
- Refunds will exclude return shipping fees and are subject to processing timelines.
