Once the order is shipped, an email will be sent to the customer with a tracking number (AWB#).
Elilhaam ships worldwide via. Fedex, DHL, ARAMEX
To track your shipment order status via FedEx, DHL and ARAMEX enter your unique airway bill number on their websites and receive a detailed status of your order with estimated delivery date.
ELILHAAM will not be held accountable for delays in shipments caused by climatic conditions, customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of ELILHAAM.
In case of delays in Customs, Customers will be notified directly by the shipping agent and/or ELILHAAM.
Note: We do not deliver shipments to P.O. Box.
Orders are shipped from Dubai, UAE.
Monday - Friday from 9:30 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. (+4 GMT). Orders placed on the weekend; (Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday), will be processed on Monday.
Order placed during UAE local holidays will be dispatched post the holidays.
Shipping Processing time may take up to 24-48 hours.
All International shipments (Outside UAE) are processed on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. You are responsible to pay all Custom duties and taxes imposed in your country, at the time of delivery.
