The credit card /Paypal account will be charged on the date of order placement.

The credit card / Paypal account will be debited the time of order placement after approval by payment gateway/Paypal and the amount transferred will be in US Dollars only

Bank Wire transfers for Pre-Orders are invoiced the day the funds arrive in Elilhaam’s account.

The booked design will be delivered to you as it released from designer to your given shipping address immediately

The shipping address country inserted for Pre-Orders cannot be modified, updated or changed in any way.

In the event an item reserved by the Client does not arrive, the Client will be informed and a refund or store credit will be issued.
