Covid – 19 measures
Elilhaam's operations continue but delivery times may be longer than usual.
Measures taking to ensure safety:
We are closely monitoring the situation and are taking all precautionary measures including W.H.O Guidelines:
- Daily sanitisation of our warehouses and offices
- All our local and international delivery partners are having international exposure and following necessary precautions in handling the packages
- Daily temperature checks to the warehouse employees and staff
Shipping Time:
We are trying to follow the normal time, but due to local and international restrictions the shipping may take longer than usual
Returns and Refunds:
We abide by our promise and will accept Returns as usual. The refund process may take a bit more than usual
