Elilhaam's operations continue but delivery times may be longer than usual.

Measures taking to ensure safety:

We are closely monitoring the situation and are taking all precautionary measures including W.H.O Guidelines:

1. Daily sanitisation of our warehouses and offices
2. All our local and international delivery partners are having international exposure and following necessary precautions in handling the packages
3. Daily temperature checks to the warehouse employees and staff
   

Shipping Time:

We are trying to follow the normal time, but due to local and international restrictions the shipping may take longer than usual

 Returns and Refunds:

We abide by our promise and will accept Returns as usual. The refund process may take a bit more than usual
